I suggest that 'aptitude build-dep' create + install an equivs-package
'build-dep-foo' which depends on the build deps in question. Those
build deps can then be marked auto-installed. This would make it very
easy to clean up build deps after one has built one's package(s).

I suppose it's possible that these equivs packages might annoy someone,
in which case this behavior may need to be configurable.
