Package: hal Version: 0.5.11~rc2-1 Severity: important I think everything is said already. No idea why / how hald triggers the tv card, but after "hald" is started during booting the radio starts playing. Disableing this service and it does not happen, starting hal manually via its initscript and the radio starts playing immediately.
