Bug#187889: apt_preferences: the '/etc/apt/preferences' file doesn't work with lot of #-prefixed lines : segfault

  David confirmed in private email that this is fixed by the new
aptitude, which means he's probably experiencing #468751.  (the apt
error message is still not so great, though)
