I don't think it's a good idea, those file were intended to be changed
manually. In theory, user changes his sources.list (or apt.conf) once to
use apt-cacher-ng in the future and should be done with that. Changes of
remote mirror preference can be done in backends list later.
I think I should just improve documentation.
