Package: devscripts Version: 2.10.19 Severity: normal 'debcommit -r' against an SVN repo used to always result in a commit message saying "releasing version X"
Now it will commit with a message containing changes in the changelog. In the case of Debian Installer components, this means we now get commit messages listing translation updates as changelog entries for those are always added on release. Please change this back to the old behavior if the change was unintended or else at least _add_ the old "releasing version X" at the bottom.
