But I cannot find lppl.txt.gz in that location. It's in /usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/latex/base/lppl.txt.gz or /usr/share/doc/texlive-latex-base-doc/latex/base/lppl.txt.gz (found in texlive-latex-base-doc) 1. the path is wrong 2.
