this is the same as bug #444159, zsync does not support HTTP redirects in the moment. It is questionable if it is actually a good idea to support them, as this would mean going through the whole redirtect chain for every microscopic request (zsync send *many* of them). in the case of the debian isos, the .zsync files should be updated to reflect the new position of the isos...
