I've just read bug #467464
Bug author seems to think it may be TLS related. Bit of a loose idea.
I am using TLS on SMTP
I am using SMTP authentication.
Maybe these are features that normal people don't use.
I'm going to do some tests with TLS for SMTP disabled and see if this helps.
If the maintainer needs me to test anything, then please ask. I'm
really happy to help. This problem is still driving me mad.
