How to reproduce:
emms-streams
Add a stream by typing a
Use a name with some utf-8 char: testö
The stream name is displayed correctly
save streamlist (s) and close buffer (C-x k)
type M-x emms-streams again
streamname is displayed as "testö"
in the file ~/.emacs.d/emms-streams it is stored correctly (as utf-8)
it seems this file is not read as utf-8?
