Having fumbled pretty badly with copying this bugreport here is the
fixed one:
On

one reads about the PTS and the description about summary claims:

Regular summary emails about the package's status. Currently, only
progression in testing is sent.

It does additional to the testing migration informations contain the
newly DEHS new upstream version available mails. Please update the
documentation accordingly, thanks.
