I'm thinking about looking into what it would take to make coreutils call its internal fallback code (the code which would be used if removeat wasn't found at build time) if it gets a function not implemented error. I'm really on the fence with this one; part of me says that libc should do it, and part of me says that libc shouldn't use insecure emulation code in a function which was created largely for security reasons. But yeah, it's probably reasonable at this point to downgrade this since the buildds finally built the package.
