With solution you mean a nice Debconf note that says "Hello, your quagga has just been upgraded to the brand new version featuring less features that you are currently using so please remove smux or it won't start"? That might be a good idea although it affects only those people that used quagga and snmp during the last couple of month (it was not yet present in the last Debian release). bye, -christian-
