The pkcs12 subcommand prints the message 'MAC verified OK' to stderr in the case where the verification succeeded. There should be a way (e.g., a -q option) to disable so that so that only errors are shown on stderr.
Can you please verify if this is fixed in version 0.9.7e. If not can you please supply a testcase, eg. some certificate file and the command line you used.
