I've added this paragraph to /usr/share/doc/shogun-doc/README.Debian: The nonfree SVMlight files have been removed from the upstream archive and the package is configured with --disable-svmlight. Users seeking for SVMLight may resort to using the included GPDT-SVM as a drop in replacement. It uses a very similar algorithm but in many practical applications was shown to be a lot faster. -- For the one fact about the future of which we can be certain is that it will be utterly fantastic. -- Arthur C.
