Rene, While looking through the list of packages with incorrect encoding in debian/changelog, I went on kover.
I already NMU'ed a few of such packages as correct encoding is a lenny release goal. However, as it is well known that you're generally an active maintainer, I just wanted to discuss with you whether you intend to fix that bug, before proposing adn NMU (which I can do, of course, if you're busy with more important packages). --
