Argh! I sent it out without further explanation...

My experience with sending patches for this has taught me this:

1. Most of gfortran's stuff is present in libgfortran. This is pulled
in by adding gfortran in the Build-Depends.

2. configure likes being told about gfortran being the F77 compiler,
so all things fall into place nicely.

I guess this should be OK. :-)
