Actually it should be fixed in libacpi as yacpi just displays the information libacpi gathers. I keep this bug open and do not reassign this because I suspect other looking at yacpi first too. I had not yet looked into the new sysfs structure as I have to study for exams at the moment but this will be definitely fixed (I hope soon).
