Attached are some manpage improvements I believe should be made to sysv-rc-conf:
- Add the --list option to the SYNOPSIS - Note that sysv-rc-conf does not behave _exactly_ like chkconfig (there is no -add or -del option) - Note that only when running as root can the cache be updated - Fix a typo
