firstly: in the left part of the gui there's a tab "calendars". the
leftmost column of this tabs features checkboxes -- i presume those
checkboxes are intended to disable the calender of this row.
now the problem: albeit i disable the calendar, iceowl still requires me
to give username and password for this calendar two or three times
before giving up with an error window.
if a calendar is disabled it should be ignored completely.
