Huh? Which features exactly are you talking about?

previously included in package "dbus", but it has been moved, and is now in
package "dbus-x11". I suggest adding a dependency (depends or recommends) on
dbus-x11.

network-manager is a system service, it doesn't require a session bus (and by that means dbus-x11). It's network-manager-(kde,gnome) that require a session bus, so we could argue that these packages need a dependency on dbus-x11. But e.g. gnome-session already starts a session bus without the need for dbus-launch. This leaves only network-manager-kde. But then again, dbus already has a recommends on dbus-x11.
