Package: claws-mail-multi-notifier

The multi-notifier plugin for Claws Mail depends on libnotify, which in
turn recommends notification-daemon. The multi-notifier package should
not directly depend on the notification-daemon, but instead (depending
on Debian policy) either
- also recommend notification-daemon
- not mention the daemon at all, relying on the dependancy-hierarchy (as
a required package, libnotify, recommends it already)
This bug may appear in other package versions as well.
