10 months are quite few for that. Last 1.2.10 is dated: 
Wed, 11 Jan 2006 13:54:17 +0100
and first 1.3.1 is dated:
Mon, 15 Oct 2007 23:18:54 +0200
so they are largely after one year and half. Wow, a great reason to
reinstall from scratch. Anyway a conflict entry is nothing special
to add to the package.
