But this bug 409674 is not really the bug for this package since HTML header has proper: <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=koi8-r"> Please fix your local apache configuration :-) I am keeping this bug closed at 1.2.12. If you are complaining we still use non-UTF-8, please retitle this as so. It applies to all languages including English.
