Package: cron
Version: 3.0pl1-101
Severity: minor

I found it puzzling that my crontab binary was not setgid,
until I noticed that my apt upgrade was still running. The
duration of time between unpacking and running postinst
could be quite large for a big package run, and in the mean
time editing cron tabs is not possible for anyone on the
system.
