Okle don't start if arts is running. I get the error:
FATAL[ogle_audio]: failed opening the oss audio driver at /dev/dsp
ctrl: ipc_rmid: Invalid argument
In the ogle FAQ I read:
32. How do I get sound to work in KDE with artsd?
If you want to launch ogle from within KDE (with artsd running), you
need to type 'artsdsp ogle'
