Hi,
During a rebuild of all packages in sid using /bin/dash as /bin/sh, your
package failed to build.
Relevant part:
> touch build-stamp
> /usr/bin/fakeroot debian/rules binary
> dh_testdir
> dh_testroot
> dh_clean
> dh_clean: Compatibility levels before 4 are deprecated.
> # The upstream Makefile is BSD-specific (e.g. refers to make when it
> # should refer to ${.MAKE}), and doesn't create all the necessary
> # directories (e.g. /usr/man), so it's easier to do this by hand.
> dh_installdirs

The full build log is available from:
http://people.debian.org/~lucas/logs/2008/01/03.dash/
Rumors say that Ubuntu is using dash as /bin/sh on their buildds, so a patch
might be available. Check <http://packages.qa.debian.org/apsfilter>, or
directly on launchpad: <https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apsfilter>.
A list of current common problems and possible solutions is available at
http://wiki.debian.org/qa.debian.org/FTBFS . You're welcome to contribute!
