Yeah, I know about this bug; it exists in the gtk+/imlib version as
well. So it's not a regression, but a pre-existing problem. I just
haven't had time to debug it. Any assistance or thoughts are welcome!

P.S. I'm not convinced this is really "important"; does the lack of
thumbnails really involve a major impact on the usability of the
package?
