Tomboy is still broken on my Sid AMD64 machine. Steps I've done so far:
1) dpkg-reconfigure libmono-addins0.2-cil libmono-addins-gui0.2-cil
tomboy
2) rm -r ~/.tomboy
3) run tomboy
Tomboy says:
$ tomboy
...
