it seems that Freecycle doesn't have any sound-support (alsa or jack)
build-in.
this the output in console after ladspa inizialization:

Oh, anyways we need no sound..Aren't we?
Indeed, I can confirm the problem. I will forward it to upstream, if
you didn't already.
Would you mind trying the "traverso" package instead?
