Actually I had it once (with a flaky internet connection and intermittent DNS failures) but I couldn't reproduce it because the connection came up again (which was basically good :)). So I _think_ there is a bug somewhere but I haven't been able to reproduce it yet. I'd leave the bug open but I have no objection if you prefer to close it now and I reopen it later, should I be able to provide something helpful.
