Hello Kingsley,
while working on the bugs filled in the Debian BTS for LyX I found a wishlist
bug from you about cross-reference labels.
If I undestand your report correctly I think it's fixed in the 1.5.x version
of LyX avaible in Debian unstable.
It would be nice if you could confirm that it's fixed or explain a little
bit more what you think the labels should look like.
