The control file for dguitar states that it only operates with a non-free JVM and I don't believe there are any efforts underway to port it to gij. Once icedtea enters Debian unstable, that may be an option, but I would suggest that you look at "tuxguitar" instead of dguitar. dguitar has been abandoned upstream and orphaned within Debian.
