Any updates on this problem? I'm having the same problem here with the same versions of the packages. The exchange plugin shows up under "Tools -> Manage Plugins" but "Exchange" doesn't show up as an option for receiving mail. This is the case both for my pre-configured exchange account (from 2.0.4 + evolution-exchange) as well as when trying to create a new account.
