The netdisco-* packages were developed in parallel to the libsnmp-info-perl package, and so netdisco-mibs is currently tagged and uploaded but awaiting approval for inclusion in the Debian archive: http://ftp-master.debian.org/new.html The netdisco packages have a dependency on libsnmp-info-perl so we could not have released them in any other order.
