Package: reportbug Version: 3.39 Severity: wishlist I think that when filing a bug for an ITP or something similar, the system information (kernel version, architecture, locale, /bin/sh, etc.) is irrelevant and I'd rather not disclose that information publicly if it's not going to be useful in the bug report.
Of course, I can simply delete it, which is what I do. But I'm wondering if it's ever useful when filing a bug against that package. Shouldn't the default be to omit these details?
