Right you are, the /etc/fonts/conf.d/61-traditional.conf fixed it. More effective than <meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="zh-tw">. Of course please do one day remind me to remove 61-traditional.conf when a real fix comes. OK, will be back to test more on Nov. 6
