Hi,
thanks for these changes; unfortunately, this is not enough because for
some weird reason the following line slipped in your debian/rules:
export DH_PYCENTRAL=nomove
This breaks module byte-compilation by keeping the modules in the
python2.4 directory instead of having them handled by python-central.
