Yes, checking /proc/acpi/battery seems the problem. Maybe it's a problem
of the current running kernel... I'm quite sure that this problem is
quite new... I will check with older kernels.

I set a global "poll_interval=8" without "nanosleep" (my "patch") in
"cmdline" cycle... and the overall result is quite the same.

Maybe I will configure cpufreqd to only check for AC-on or AC-off to
change CPU frequency... it's the only feature I really need at the
moment...
