Package: file
Version: 4.21-3
Severity: wishlist

The non-MIME magic file has patterns that cleverly detect /usr/bin/env
#! scripts in a way that the MIME magic can't use, so more
traditional-style patterns are needed for each language for
/usr/bin/env patterns.

(I have read the notice about wishlist items, this bug is as much an
aide-memoire for me as it is a request for anyone else to do
anything!)
