Please provide more information. F. ex. the script you ran, and a
possible minimal set of data needed to reproduce the error.
Is this bug the same as #446784? If it is, please note, that the right
way to add information to a bug report, is to send a mail to
<nnn>@bugs.debian.org (where <nnn> is the bug number).
I'm tempted to close this bug straight off, since I doubt it has
anything to do with the Debian packaging. However, I'll give you the
benefit of the doubt and await more information. If the bug is in ROOT
proper we can forward the bug to savannah.cern.ch/projects/savroot.
Also, please try to update to 5.16/00 available from
deb http://mirror.phy.bnl.gov/debian-root unstable main contrib
non-free
