I'm not sure what is going on here. As far as I can see the information
is correct in the source package. I don't have a build log for i386
available, so I can't check that something strange didn't go on during
the build.
Thanks for the report,

platform dependant issue. OK on my x86_64 machine.
just reported dirmngr, too, tagged as _security_ cause breaks whole KDE S/MIME- ldap-system.

Ok, thanks for that information.

Are you running the 64 bit debian on your 64 bit machine, or just the 32
bit version?

If it is the former then I suspect this was just an error while
building, and as such it should be fixable with a bin-NMU on i386.

If you can confirm that you are using the 64 bit packages (either amd64
or ia64), then I will go ahead and request the bin-NMU.

Thanks,

James

ouh, WTF:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ ldd /usr/bin/dirmngr
       linux-gate.so.1 =>  (0xffffe000)
       libgcrypt.so.11 => /usr/lib/libgcrypt.so.11 (0xb7e7b000)
       libksba.so.8 => /usr/local/lib/libksba.so.8 (0xb7e48000) <-------
