As SCRIPTDIR is a new configuration variable introduced in the 1.3.0 release, can you check if you have updated rkhunter configuration file (/etc/rkhunter.conf) so that the configuration matches the new release? If you have an /etc/rkunter.conf.dpkg-new file, copy it as /etc/rkhunter.conf and edit it to suit your needs (do not forget to backup your current /etc/rkhunter.conf file before). Cheers, Julien
