python-xmmsclient, as currently packaged, doesn't work with python 2.5. It lists "XS-Python-Version: 2.4" in debian/control. If it really only supports version 2.4 (which is hopefully unlikely), please consider switching to a specific python2.4-xmmsclient package. Otherwise, please migrate to "XS-Python-Version: >= 2.4" so that it can build with 2.5. It would also be nice to switch to a multi-build system so that the 2.5 version can be built built right now.
