It's because of:

Package: lsb-release
Architecture: alpha arm hppa ia64 i386 m68k mips mipsel powerpc s390 sh sparc
Description: LSB release command

lsb-release maintainer, please add amd64 to the arcitecture list, or
if you don't want to do this re-assign this bug back to ia32-libs so
that ia32-libs can be fixed not to depends on lsb-release but use
some other command to find out if it is running on Debian (is this
to differentiate between Debian and Ubuntu or something?)

Mike.
