Next time I try downloading a PDF, I get the same dialog. "Do this automatically" is ticked. I don't know if this problem is related, but if I install mozplugger, then it too is ignored: despite registering itself to handle PDF files (according to Edit->Preferences->Content), when I download a PDF file (and I double-checked the given MIME type, which was application/pdf, which is registered by mozplugger) I still get the normal download dialog, offering "Document Viewer".
