The file /usr/share/menu/atomix reads

command="/usr/games/atomix"
The longtitle field is inappropriate: it should be able to replace
the title, not to supplement it. It is usually a good idea to make it
start with the software name.
longtitle="Atomix: Join atoms to form molecules"
would be better.
