Thanks for the information. IIUC that means
* if.pm is not needed in libtap-parser-perl anyway
* could/should be removed from that module in the upstream tarball.

(/usr/share/perl/5.8.8/if.pm doesn't have a license either but that's
probably no problem for a module distributed in Perl core.)
