It occured only the first time when I changed the options. Problematic option was "group networks with the same name". When I removed it from config file, it started. When I re-added, it crashed again upon startup. However, it seems that the problem vanished after reboot - I can't reproduce it even when aforementioned option set (and seems to be working).
