Hi,
A new version of fvwm has been uploaded to unstable -- and there
has been a lot of fixes in placement in the intervening time. I could
not reproduce the problem, but perhaps I failed to follow the
directions exactly (one pixel size reductions are tricky when you get to
my age).
Could you check to see if this bug still persists?
