updateInterval value isn't correctly updated.
If you set for instance an update interval of 20 minutes for feed
"Planet debian" you have:
<outline title="Planet Debian" text="Planet Debian"
description="Planet Debian" type="rss" id="slsguir" sortColumn="time"
viewMode="0" htmlUrl="http://planet.debian.org/";
xmlUrl="http://planet.debian.org/rss20.xml"; updateInterval="20"/>
You have as well updateInterval="20" for 20 hours or days.
In GUI, the value isn't remembered when you leave the window of
properties of a feed.
